L&C Named Top School for Overseas Study

Lewis & Clark has been named one of the top 10 baccalaureate institutions for semester- and year-long overseas programs. The rankings, presented by the Institute of International Education and the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, also show Lewis & Clark in the top 15 undergraduate schools for U.S. students studying abroad.

Family Connections Play Out on the Field 

Emily Thompson ’16 isn’t the first member of her family to have stepped onto the playing field at Lewis & Clark. In fact, the standout soccer forward, track hurdler, and relay competitor is one in a long list of students with familial ties to the athletics program. Read more.

Outdoor Learning

For more than 30 years, College Outdoors has introduced students to amazing outdoor locations in Oregon and beyond. Our program, one of the largest of any similarly sized college in the country, takes 9 out of 10 undergraduate students on adventures in our diverse region including rafting trips, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing adventures, and beach explorations.
