Professor Wins 2013 National Book Award in Poetry

Mary Szybist, associate professor of English, is the winner of the 2013 National Book Award in Poetry with her latest collection, Incarnadine. Szybist is the second National Book Award poetry winner from Lewis & Clark, joining William Stafford, who won in 1963.

Department of State Honors Overseas Program

Lewis & Clark has been named one of the top 10 baccalaureate institutions for semester- and year-long overseas programs. The rankings, presented by the Institute of International Education and the U.S. Department of State, also show Lewis & Clark in the top 20 undergraduate schools for U.S. students studying abroad. New Microscope

Choir Takes Performance on the Road for Winter

Oregonians can see Lewis & Clark’s premier mixed choir, Cappella Nova, at one of several upcoming events in the state. Choir director Kathy FitzGibbon will conduct the student choir in Bend, Eugene, and Portland events in January. Learn more about these and other upcoming events.
